North County Access, LLC, doing business as Access Publishing (“Access Publishing,” “we,” “us”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through accesspublishing.com, our contact form, email, phone calls, and text messages, and how we use and protect it.
Information We Collect
- Information you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone or mobile number, and the details of your request when you contact us by email, phone, text, or our contact form.
- Text messaging information: if you opt in to text messages, your mobile number, the date, time, and method of your opt-in, the messages we exchange, and any opt-out requests.
- Website analytics: pages visited, browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics tools.
- Client account information: for clients whose Google Business Profile we manage, limited Google account data needed to provide that service.
How We Use Information
We use your information to respond to your requests, provide our advertising and marketing services, send ad proofs, deadline reminders, and billing notices, send occasional service emails, and improve our website. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
Text Messaging (SMS)
If you opt in through our contact form or by texting START to (805) 226-9890, Access Publishing staff may send you one-to-one text messages about your ad proofs, ad deadlines, billing and payments, and customer support questions. We do not send bulk or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies and will not exceed 3-5 messages a day. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. SMS sharing disclosure: No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes at any time. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our SMS service provider, which uses it only to deliver our messages.
Google Business Profile Management
For clients who authorize us to manage their Google Business Profile, we use that access only to publish posts and updates the client has approved. We do not use this data for advertising, sell it, or share it with third parties. You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Sharing
We share information outside Access Publishing only when needed to fulfill your request (for example, with a printing or technology vendor) or when required by law. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Cookies and Analytics
Our website uses cookies and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your Choices
- Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us to stop service emails.
