Version 1.0 · Last updated October 27, 2026
This Website Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between North County Access, LLC (“we” / “us”), and the customer who accepts it by completing payment (“you” / the “Client”). It takes effect on the date of your first payment (the “Start Date”).
1. What we do
We design, build, host, and maintain a website for your business and keep it running month to month.
2. What’s included every month
For your monthly fee, you get:
- Website hosting & security — your site stays online with an SSL certificate (the padlock).
- Domain management — we handle your domain registration and renewals.
- Content edits — one per month (text, photos, hours, contact info).
- Annual refresh — once a year we review and freshen up your site.
- Uptime monitoring — we keep an eye on your site and fix outages we’re responsible for.
Work beyond this (new pages, redesigns, extra edits) is available and quoted separately before we start.
3. Fee and billing
Your fees are the amounts shown at checkout. This is normally a recurring monthly fee, plus any one-time setup or build fee shown at checkout. We bill the monthly fee in advance to your card or bank account on file, starting on the Start Date and on the same day each month after. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a payment fails, we may suspend your site after 7 days’ written notice and restore it once your account is current.
4. Term and cancellation
This is a month-to-month agreement. Either of us may cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice (email or text is fine). You’re billed normally through the end of that 30-day period.
5. If the agreement ends
On cancellation, your website is taken offline. We keep the website design and code, since the build was provided as part of the monthly service and not paid for separately. Your domain name and any content you gave us (photos, logo, text) remain yours. We’ll release or transfer them to you within 14 days of a written request once your account is paid current. If you’d like to keep a copy of your built site, we can transfer the website files to you for a one-time transfer fee quoted at that time.
6. Your content and access
You give us permission to use the photos, logo, text, and other materials you provide to build and run your site, and you confirm you have the right to use them. You’ll give us the access and information we reasonably need to do the work.
7. What we don’t promise
We build a professional, working website and do our honest best to help your business. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, phone calls, leads, or sales — those depend on many things outside our control.
8. Limit of responsibility
Our total responsibility under this Agreement is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before any claim. We’re not responsible for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
9. The basics
We work as an independent contractor, not your employee. This Agreement is the whole agreement between us and replaces anything said before. Any changes must be in writing and agreed by both of us. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Acceptance
By completing payment through Stripe, you agree to these terms. Completing payment has the same legal effect as signing this Agreement, and the date you pay is your Start Date.
